FedEx Corporation has once again secured its position among the world's most admired companies, as revealed by Fortune magazine's annual report. According to the survey released on January 29, 2025, FedEx is ranked as the 20th company overall and remains the highest-ranked delivery company on this prestigious list. This marks the 25th consecutive year that FedEx has been included in Fortune's top 20.

Raj Subramaniam, president and CEO of FedEx Corporation, expressed his pride in this achievement: "I am incredibly proud of Team FedEx for this achievement. This recognition reflects the unwavering dedication of our more than 500,000 global team members to deliver outstanding experiences and innovative technology solutions that make supply chains smarter for everyone."

The "World’s Most Admired Companies" list evaluates firms based on nine attributes, including investment value, quality of management and products, social responsibility, and talent attraction ability. Since its inception in 1997, Fortune's list has served as a key indicator of corporate reputation by highlighting business practices highly regarded among industry peers.

The survey was conducted by Fortune in collaboration with Korn Ferry. The process began with approximately 1,500 candidates comprising the largest U.S. companies by revenue and non-U.S. companies from Fortune’s Global 500 database with revenues exceeding $10 billion. This group was narrowed down to include the highest-revenue companies across various industries worldwide.

Executives were asked to evaluate enterprises within their own industry based on criteria such as investment value and management quality. To be listed among these esteemed firms, a company's score must place it in the top half of its industry's survey.
