Air Canada is offering travelers a limited-time opportunity to maximize the value of their Aeroplan points. The airline has announced discounts of up to 25% on award flight redemptions, available for bookings made by February 23. This offer covers more than 180 destinations across Canada, the U.S., the Caribbean, Mexico, South America, Europe, and Asia.

Travelers do not need a code to access this discount; it will be automatically applied at booking. However, blackout dates apply and vary by destination. For example, flights within Canada and between Canada and several regions have blackout periods from late June to early September.

Sample deals include a round-trip from Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) to Athens International Airport (ATH) for 51,700 points plus $348 CAD in taxes and fees. Another deal offers a one-way flight from YYZ to Lynden Pindling International Airport (NAS) in the Bahamas for 9,200 points plus $150 CAD in taxes and fees.

Standard reward economy redemptions do not include seat selection or checked bags but can be upgraded. Business-class seats are also part of this sale.

For those looking to further enhance their travel experience with Air Canada, considering an Aeroplan Credit Card might be beneficial. Cardholders receive perks such as free first checked bags and statement credits toward Global Entry or TSA PreCheck applications.

This offer presents an opportunity for travelers who have been saving Aeroplan points for future trips. The deadline for booking is Sunday night before the promotion ends.
