Delta Air Lines and Junior Achievement Africa (JA Africa) have awarded 12 young female leaders scholarships to attend the Delta Girls LEAD! Camp in Accra, Ghana. The initiative aims to enhance their professional and personal leadership skills.

The scholarships were conferred during the National Company of the Year competition last November.

Recipients will receive an all-expenses-paid scholarship to join 45 other young female leaders from Ghana, South Africa, and Nigeria at the second annual Delta Girls LEAD! Camp next month.

The camp will include sessions led by Delta volunteers and notable women from various industries on topics such as personal branding, STEM careers, and emotional intelligence. These workshops aim to develop critical soft skills necessary for overcoming common professional challenges.
