Emirates and Expedia Group have announced an expanded partnership aimed at providing more personalized and streamlined booking experiences for travelers. The enhancement will enable millions of travelers to access a wider range of options and benefit from improved booking capabilities on Expedia Group’s platforms when planning trips across Emirates' global network.

Adnan Kazim, Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer of Emirates Airline, said: "We are proud to expand our partnership with Expedia Group, allowing travellers on the platform to personalise their booking experience with Emirates. Looking ahead, our enhanced collaboration will provide travellers with seamless access to Emirates' NDC content while expanding booking possibilities across all elements of their journey. "

This collaboration gives our global travelers more customised options and easier bookings, allowing them to create unique trips that suit their needs. The full integration will allow Expedia Group to offer Emirates’ NDC fares, products, and ancillary services such as extra baggage and seat selection. Additional features aimed at increasing flexibility in booking journeys will also be available.

Beyond customer personalization, both companies intend to explore deeper co- operation on loyalty programs to enhance travel rewards for customers. They plan to leverage market data insights to drive business growth and inform joint marketing initiatives.

The partnership aims at creating end-to-end booking experiences by utilizing Expedia Group’s extensive global hotel inventory for comprehensive package solutions. These tailor-made air and hotel packages will enable travelers to complement their Emirates flights with stays at thousands of hotels listed on Expedia Group’s brands.
