Chase Sapphire cardholders can now take advantage of a new offer aimed at promoting relaxation and wellness. Holders of the Chase Sapphire Reserve or Chase Sapphire Preferred Card are eligible for a Calm app subscription deal through Chase Offers.

Sapphire Reserve cardholders can receive one free year of Calm Premium, while those with the Sapphire Preferred can get 50% off a one-year subscription. Enrollment in the offer via Chase's website or app is required before making the purchase. This promotion is available until May 31, with the first recurring annual payment due by June 14.

Calm, a meditation and sleep app focused on mental wellness, charges $69.99 per year for its Premium subscription, which includes access to guided meditation content, music, stories, and more.

Chase has also introduced other wellness-oriented offers valid through May 31. Here's how to enroll:

To access free Calm Premium through Chase Offers, customers must log into their online account via Chase's website or mobile app before making the purchase. The discount will apply as a statement credit once the purchase is made.

After logging in, users should search their Chase Offers to find the Calm deal under the "Health & beauty" section. It will appear as a 100% cash-back offer for Sapphire Reserve members and a 50% discount for Sapphire Preferred members on the purchase of a Calm subscription.

In addition to this offer, there are two other wellness deals available for Chase Sapphire cardmembers:

- Both Chase Sapphire Reserve and Preferred holders can enroll for $300 back on a one-time baseline diagnostic from Lifeforce, a health program focused on preventative care. Customers must spend at least $599 to qualify for this cash-back deal.

- Prenuvo offers an exclusive deal for Sapphire Reserve cardholders: Customers can receive $600 back when they spend at least $2,499 on a full-body MRI scan designed to identify potential health conditions.

As with the Calm offer, enrollment before making purchases is necessary. All these promotions end on May 31.
