Air Canada's one-stop flights, which use the same aircraft and flight number for an entire journey, have garnered attention due to their unique routes and long-haul operations. In 2025, Air Canada is operating five such services, including a now-discontinued stopover in Frankfurt on its Mumbai to Toronto route. This stop was necessary for refueling and crew changes, likely due to detours avoiding Russian airspace.

A notable addition is the Calgary-London Heathrow-Delhi route that commenced in October 2024. This became Air Canada's second-longest one-stop service after Toronto-Vancouver-Sydney and its longest fifth freedom operation.

- **AC33/AC34 Toronto-Vancouver-Sydney:** Operated daily year-round by a 777-200LR with a maximum block time of 23 hours and five minutes.

- **AC47 Mumbai-Frankfurt-Toronto:** This route operated three times weekly from December 17 until February 27 using technical stops without traffic rights. It may resume on October 26 depending on geopolitical conditions.

- **AC90/AC91 Toronto-São Paulo-Buenos Aires:** Available daily during winter and four times weekly in summer with fifth freedom traffic rights using a787-9 or occasionally a787-8 for up to15 hours and20 minutes.

- **AC850/AC851 Calgary-London Heathrow-Delhi:** This winter seasonal daily service began on October26,2024 replacing another Indian route; it operates with fifth freedom rights using either a777-300ER or787-9 for up to21 hours and55 minutes.

- **AC894/AC895 Toronto-Montreal-Milan Malpensa:** Operating four times weekly in winter and daily in summer via an A330--300for12hoursand33minutes.
