Delta Air Lines' podcast, "Gaining Altitude," continues to explore themes of leadership and personal growth. In a recent episode filmed at Delta’s annual leadership conference, CEO Ed Bastian engaged in a conversation with Michael Bush, CEO of Great Place To Work.

The discussion centered on creating an environment where employees feel comfortable bringing their best selves to work. Both leaders emphasized that investing in employee wellbeing benefits not only the workforce but also the business as a whole.

"At great companies, people not only want to grow, they want others around them to grow too," said Bush, who brings 30 years of experience leading and growing organizations.
