Emirates has announced the addition of seven cities to be served by its A350 aircraft as part of its summer schedule. The new destinations include Tunis, Amman, Istanbul, Dammam, Ho Chi Minh City, Baghdad, and Oslo. Additionally, the A350 flight schedule will expand in Bahrain and Kuwait with more daily flights, and Bologna will see an advanced deployment of A350 service.

This expansion marks the debut of the Emirates A350 in Africa and Southeast Asia. Adnan Kazim, Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer of Emirates Airline said: “Our strategic A350 expansion across diverse geographies in the Middle East/GCC, Europe, Africa and Southeast Asia leverages the aircraft’s operational flexibility and efficiency while offering more customers expanded premium travel options. ”

He added: “The introduction of this aircraft... enables Emirates to maintain a compelling competitive position as the airline of choice for discerning travellers looking for a unique slate of connectivity options. ”

The latest additions to the Emirates A350 fleet will begin scheduled operations as follows:

- Tunis: Six times weekly (except Tuesday) on EK 747/748 from June 1.

- Amman: Daily on EK 905/906 from June 1.

- Istanbul: Daily on EK 117/118 from July 1.

- Dammam: Daily on EK827/828 from July 1.

- Ho Chi Minh City: Daily on EK364/365 from August 1.

- Baghdad: Three times weekly (Monday, Wednesday and Sunday) on EK941/942 from August

- Oslo: Daily on EK159/160 from September

In addition to these new cities, Bahrain will become nearly an all-A350 operation with a third daily flight added from June .6 Kuwait will receive a second daily A350 flight starting October .8 Bologna's first A350 service is scheduled for June , one month ahead of plan.

Emirates flights to these destinations are now available for booking through emirates.com, the Emirates App or via travel agents.

The Emirates A350 features three cabin classes accommodating up to passengers: Business Class lie-flat seats configured in with mini-bar access; Premium Economy seats; and Economy Class seats with generous pitch. Cutting-edge tech includes wireless charging in Business Class electric window blinds touchscreen call bell buttons digital inflight menus USB C charging ports Bluetooth connections cinematic displays with K HDR resolution among others.
