Delta Air Lines has announced plans to expand its Hawaiian network for the winter of 2025-2026. The airline will introduce a new nonstop route between Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) and Kona International Airport (KOA), operating daily from December 19, 2025, using a Boeing 767-300ER.
Additionally, Delta will add a second daily flight from Salt Lake City to Kahului Airport (OGG) on Maui. This service is set for the peak winter travel period, running from December 19 to January 5, with both flights utilizing the Boeing 767-300ER.
From its main hub at Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport (ATL), Delta will also increase frequency to Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL) in Honolulu. The existing service uses an Airbus A330-300 and will be supplemented by a Boeing 767-300ER.
