Flying Food Group (FFG) has announced its participation in the United Nations Global Compact, aiming to align with international sustainability goals. This development was disclosed in the company's 2024 Sustainability Report.

According to the report, FFG joined the United Nations Global Compact in November 2024. This initiative encourages businesses to adhere to ten principles focusing on human rights, labor practices, environmental responsibility, and anti-corruption. By participating, Flying Food Group aims to reinforce its commitment to ethical and sustainable operations globally.

As part of this global corporate sustainability initiative, which includes over 25,000 companies across 167 countries, FFG will submit annual Communication on Progress reports. These reports are intended to track the company’s sustainability efforts and ensure alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

"As a proud participant in the United Nations Global Compact, we align our business with international sustainability goals," said David Cotton in the report. "Furthermore, through The Sue L. Gin Foundation, we support community-based initiatives focused on environmental restoration, education, and social well-being."

The report further states that FFG will continue advancing environmental initiatives, fair labor policies, and ethical sourcing to ensure long-term positive impacts on both people and the planet.
