FedEx has announced a collaboration with Hongkong Post to expand its self-pickup network for imported shipments to over 700 locations across Hong Kong. This initiative allows customers and online shoppers to collect packages from designated Hongkong Post counters, iPostal stations, and 7-Eleven stores, free of additional charges.

This partnership offers FedEx customers added flexibility, with FedEx pickup points now including over 400 7-Eleven stores, 165 iPostal stations, and 119 Hongkong Post counters. Customers can choose their pickup location via WhatsApp or the FedEx official website. Upon receiving delivery notifications through email or WhatsApp, customers can log into FedEx Delivery Manager to select a self-pickup point.

FedEx Hong Kong and Macau Managing Director Anthony Leung remarked: "In today's ever-changing environment, we need a customer-centric approach to increase integration between e-retailers and logistics providers to support the booming e-commerce and cross-border trade. FedEx is committed to rolling out innovative logistics solutions to meet the evolving demands of our customers. We are pleased to collaborate with Hongkong Post to expand the self-pickup network and enhance our 'last mile' delivery service, providing a better customer experience."
