このサービス強化は、フェデックス･インターナショナル･プライオリティ・エクスプレス、フェデックス･インターナショナル･プライオリティ、フェデックス・インターナショナル・プライオリティ・フレイト、フェデックス・インターナショナル・エコノミーおよびフェデックス・インターナショナル・エコノミー・フレイトの利用者に提供されます。
該当地域である越谷市は、様々な製造業や中小企業が集まるエリアで、特に機械、医療機器、スポーツ用品、食品卸売、自動車部品、情報通信技術機器の製造業者が多く、海外との貿易にも注力しています。

同社は、世界規模でのネットワーク最適化とサービス向上を進めており、2025年には京都府内の一部地域でも同様の輸送時間短縮を行っています。また、先進的なデジタル技術やAIを用いたFedEx SurroundやFedExインポートツールで、貨物の管理と可視性向上を図り、複雑な国際貿易への対応を支援しています。
