Hong Kong's aviation landscape is witnessing a significant development with the collaboration between the Hong Kong Business Aviation Centre (HKBAC) and Cathay Pacific. The partnership is expanding JetLink, a service designed to facilitate smooth transitions for passengers between Cathay Pacific’s First and Business class services and private jet travel.

JetLink is intended to streamline the customs and immigration processes traditionally required for incoming and outgoing passengers. This "wing-to-wing" service allows passengers to move across terminals efficiently, cutting down transfer time by up to one-third while maintaining privacy and security.

"JetLink demonstrates how business aviation can complement commercial travel. Our commitment to JetLink aims to reinforce Hong Kong's status as a leading transit hub for business aviation while providing a personalized journey for our passengers," stated Vivien Lau, CEO of HKBAC. She highlighted the positive feedback from executives of multinational corporations who have used the service.

Cheuk Lo, Cathay Pacific's General Manager of Airport Service Delivery, commented, "We are continuously exploring ways to further elevate the customer experience as part of our vision to become one of the world’s greatest service brands. We have seen increasing demand for a seamless, time-saving connection service among our premium customers."

JetLink offers convenient and efficient travel, making it possible for business executives and investors to transfer directly from Cathay Pacific flights to private jets or vice versa, minimizing delays. The service reduces transfer time from one hour and 15 minutes to about 45 minutes.

This initiative marks a step forward in reshaping premium travel, setting a new industry standard for seamless "wing-to-wing" transfer services.
