フェデックスは、アジア太平洋地域における経営体制の強化を発表した。新たにアジア太平洋地域セールス&ソリューション担当上級副社長にマーカス・バルツァライト氏、同地域人事部門副社長にルマナ・ラーマン氏、同地域プランニング&エンジニアリング担当副社長にシャンカー・ヴェンカテスワラン氏が就任する。

フェデックスの発表によると、事業と人材戦略の推進を目的とし、この人事を通じてアジア太平洋地域での成長をさらに加速させるという。

バルツァライト氏は、物流業界で25年以上の経験を持ち、アジア太平洋地域で約2,000人の営業チームを率いる。彼は「収益性の高い成長と市場シェアの拡大を目指し、フェデックスならではのソリューションの提供に注力する」と述べた。
