Flying Food Group recently conducted an Emotional Intelligence (EI) training session for its managers and supervisors at the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) facility. The event, held on March 25-26, 2024, was led by Dr. Christopher P. Meade.

The training focused on several key areas: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management. Participants engaged in activities designed to improve their leadership skills by recognizing strengths and triggers, building emotional control, enhancing empathy, and improving communication.

"Investing in our people shapes stronger leaders and teams at Flying Food Group," the company said. The hands-on activities included resilience exercises aimed at helping participants adapt under pressure.
