Emirates’ Travel Store in Jakarta is designed to be a luxury retail environment where soft beige sofas and sleek furnishings offer a lounge-like setting. Guests have access to a range of Emirates-branded merchandise and travel accessories. The store features four service counters where Emirates advisors provide personalized support for flight bookings and product inquiries, aiming to uphold the airline's high hospitality standards.

A notable feature within the store is a display of the UAE’s national tree, the Ghaf tree, positioned above an LED screen that displays Emirates' milestones and offers. Additionally, a voice-activated selfie screen allows visitors to capture moments with Emirates destination backdrops, accessible through QR codes.

Jakarta’s Travel Store is also the first to introduce a queue management system, designed to reduce wait times and enable feedback via WhatsApp, enhancing the overall retail experience for guests and Emirates Skywards members.
