Japan Airlines has announced the deployment of the Airbus A350-1000 on its Tokyo (Haneda)–Los Angeles and Tokyo (Haneda)–Paris routes, with daily service commencing on June 30 and May 5, respectively. The announcement was made on X.

According to AeroRoutes, Japan Airlines (JAL) will initiate daily Airbus A350-1000 service between Tokyo Haneda and Los Angeles starting June 30, 2025. The A350-1000 is set to replace the older Boeing 777-300ER on this transpacific route, offering improved fuel efficiency and enhanced cabin features. This decision aligns with JAL’s broader strategy of fleet modernization aimed at supporting sustainable international growth and improving operational economics.

As reported by Traicy, Japan Airlines will also operate daily Airbus A350-1000 flights on the Tokyo (Haneda)–Paris route from May 5 through June 30, 2025. Initially planned to fly every other day starting May 1, this transition to daily service is anticipated to accommodate increased passenger demand during the peak European summer travel season. The updated deployment reflects JAL’s dynamic scheduling strategy and high demand for premium long-haul travel.
