Seattle-based Alaska Airlines has unveiled its latest themed livery in collaboration with Disneyland Resort. The Boeing 737-800, named "Tiana’s Bayou Adventure Flyer," features a vibrant design inspired by the attraction "Tiana’s Bayou Adventure" which opened six months ago at Disneyland Park. This addition marks a continuity in the partnership between Alaska Airlines and Disneyland Resort.

The aircraft, registered N596AS, showcases Princess Tiana, accompanied by Louis the Alligator, Mama Odie, and Prince Naveen. The design incorporates a trail of friendly fireflies along the fuselage. “Every journey should be as magical as the destination, and Tiana’s Bayou Adventure Flyer brings that wonder to the skies,” stated Eric Edge, Alaska’s Vice President of Brand and Marketing.

The painting of the aircraft took over 2,000 hours, conducted in Spokane, Washington. The aircraft has been scheduled for flights between Portland International Airport and John Wayne Airport, located near Disneyland Resort. Sybil Crum, Disneyland Resort’s Vice President of Marketing and Commercial Strategy, commented on their long-standing partnership, emphasizing the inclusion of Princess Tiana as a tribute to the future.

Disneyland Resort is set to celebrate its 70th anniversary, welcoming visitors with various themed events from May 16, 2025, through summer 2026. Alaska Airlines continues to operate numerous flights to Southern California, highlighting its commitment as a major operator at John Wayne Airport.

This collaboration adds to Alaska Airlines' series of Disney-themed liveries, with past representations including "Mickey’s Toontown Express" and designs highlighting Toy Story and Star Wars franchises.
