Max Verstappen, the Dutch Formula 1 driver, known for his impressive record in the sport, continues to make headlines not only for his racing achievements but also for his possessions off the track. As a four-time consecutive F1 World Drivers' Champion from 2021 to 2024, Verstappen has built a significant net worth, allowing him the luxury of owning a private jet. His latest acquisition is a Dassault Falcon 8X, registered as PH-UTL, delivered in February 2025.

The Falcon 8X, known for its advanced features and luxury, is a popular choice in the private aviation industry. Verstappen frequently uses the aircraft within Europe, where he resides, and to travel to various Formula 1 racing destinations. Luton Airport in London, Cannes-Mandeliu Airport in France, Eindhoven Airport, and Maastricht Airport in the Netherlands, as well as Châlons Vatry Airport in France, are among the recent locations he has visited aboard this jet.

While Verstappen owns the Falcon 8X, the aircraft is operated by Exxaero, a private jet operator based in the Netherlands. Exxaero also manages Verstappen's previous jet, a Dassault Falcon 900EX, used mainly for charter flights.

The Dassault Falcon 8X, introduced by Dassault in the early 2010s, sought to refine the Falcon 7X model by enhancing cabin space and wing design. This model boasts three Pratt & Whitney PW307D turbofan engines, delivering substantial thrust and an extended range of 6,450 nautical miles.

In addition to Verstappen's notable ownership, the Falcon 8X is favored by private jet operators such as NetJets Europe and major corporations for executive travel. Entities like the governments of France and Indonesia utilize the Falcon 8X for VIP missions.

Verstappen's transition from his Falcon 900EX to the Falcon 8X marks a commitment to superior performance and luxury. The Falcon 900EX, with its own stylish livery similar to the 8X, remains in operational service with Exxaero, demonstrating the resilience and continued use of Dassault's trijet models.

Though predominantly seen as a racing icon, Verstappen's choices in aviation underscore a penchant for precision and high standards, reflective of his Formula 1 career.
