Passengers can connect to Alaska Airlines’ network over Seattle and Japan Airlines' destinations via Narita. This addition joins existing flights by Japan Airlines, All Nippon, and Delta between Seattle and Tokyo.
Uganda Airlines commenced nonstop flights from Entebbe to London Gatwick on May 18, marking the first such service in a decade. The airline operates four times weekly using a 258-seat A330-800. The route primarily serves the diaspora, tourists, and those visiting friends and relatives.
United Airlines began its inaugural service from the US to Faro, Portugal, on May 16 with a flight from Newark. This new link runs four times weekly on the 757-200 aircraft. United now serves four Portuguese airports: Faro, Lisbon, Ponta Delgada, and Porto.
