Emirates is offering a complimentary ice cream experience for travelers at Dubai International Airport during the busy summer travel season. Passengers flying through the airport on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays between 12 and 6 pm from June 6 to July 20 can enjoy free ice cream from one of four Emirates carts located in the departure areas. Available flavors include mango, chocolate, strawberry, passionfruit sorbet, and raspberry sorbet.

To ensure a smooth travel experience, Emirates advises passengers to arrive at the airport three hours before their flight due to expected traffic congestion and increased airport activity. It is recommended that travelers pass through immigration at least 1.5 hours before departure and reach their boarding gate an hour before takeoff.

The Emirates app offers convenient features such as online check-in starting 48 hours before departure, digital boarding passes for most destinations, flight notifications, meal pre-ordering in Business Class, chauffeur service booking, and inflight entertainment planning.

Home check-in options are available in Dubai and Sharjah with agents handling luggage directly from homes or hotels.

Within Terminal 3 of Dubai International Airport, a complimentary train service connects Concourse A and B while shuttle buses run between Concourse A and C every 20 minutes around the clock. First Class customers have access to dedicated buggies upon request.

Emirates reminds passengers about baggage restrictions including rules on power banks and smart bags. Duty-Free shopping can be pre-ordered via EmiratesRED.com with products delivered directly to seats onboard. An exclusive Eid Al Adha discount is available using code ‘REDMAG’ during checkout.
