United Airlines has launched its first transatlantic service from Bilbao, Spain to Newark, marking the city's debut in US air travel. The service began on May 31 and operates three times weekly using a 757-200ER aircraft. United now serves five Spanish airports, including Barcelona, Madrid, Malaga, and Palma de Mallorca.

Edelweiss Air initiated its first flight from Zurich to Seattle on June 2. This twice-weekly service is expected to increase passenger numbers by over 30%. Seattle becomes Edelweiss' fourth US destination and the only A340 operator at the airport this summer.

Emirates expanded its Asian network with new routes from Dubai to Da Nang and Siem Reap via Bangkok. The Da Nang route commenced on June 2 and operates four times weekly, while Siem Reap flights started on June 3 and run thrice-weekly.

WestJet resumed services to Amsterdam after a two-year hiatus. On May 29, WestJet launched a six-times-weekly flight from Halifax using a 737 MAX 8 aircraft. This marks the first time since the '90s that Halifax-Amsterdam has been served.

Etihad Airways added three European cities to its network within a week: Sochi on May 29, Prague on June 2, and Warsaw on June 3. These additions are part of Etihad's strategy to expand its European footprint.

COPA Airlines resumed flights to Caracas after a ten-month break due to a flight ban. Starting May 27 with daily flights from Panama City using a 737-800 aircraft, COPA plans to increase frequency to double daily by June 23.

Avianca began flights from Bogotá to Dallas/Fort Worth for the first time since it previously operated solely from San Salvador. The new route started on May 26 with four weekly flights using an A320neo aircraft.

AirAsia X made its entry into Pakistan with flights from Kuala Lumpur to Karachi starting May 30. The service runs four times weekly with an A330-300 aircraft.

Air Seychelles resumed operations between Abu Dhabi and Seychelles on May 23 after ceasing in 2019. Flights operate six times weekly using an A32neo jet as part of their collaboration with Etihad Airways.

TUI Airways returned to Southampton Airport after a sixteen-year absence with weekly services to Palma de Mallorca beginning May 27.
