Gin, a first-generation Chinese American and renowned entrepreneur, established the company with creativity and passion. DEI is integrated into FFG's recruiting practices and reinforced through inclusive business practices, employee training, and unit-based diversity initiatives. Additionally, all of Flying Food Group’s taxable income is contributed annually to The Sue L. Gin Foundation Trust. This non-profit organization supports initiatives focused on healthcare, education, legal assistance, and immigration rights.
