Delta Air Lines has been recognized as the Best Global Airline for the Americas by the Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX). This award is based on anonymous customer feedback from over one million independently certified flights across more than 600 airlines.

Erik Snell, Delta's Chief Customer Experience Officer, commented on the recognition: “Being named Best Global Airline for the Americas by APEX is a powerful testament to the trust our customers place in us and the consistent focus we bring to delivering excellence throughout every aspect of the travel journey.” He added that this honor reaffirms Delta’s commitment to providing an elevated experience both on the ground and in flight.

The airline continues to enhance customer experience through innovations like fast, free Wi-Fi and new product offerings such as the Delta One Lounge. The APEX Awards are among several accolades Delta has received this year, highlighting its leadership in areas such as on-time performance and innovation.
