Auckland to Dubai holds the record as the longest nonstop commercial Airbus A380 flight, with a block time of up to 17 hours and 25 minutes. Operated by Emirates, this route is part of a list that includes flights from ten airlines using the A380 aircraft. Other airlines in this group are All Nippon, Asiana, British Airways, Etihad, Korean Air, Lufthansa, Qantas, Qatar Airways, and Singapore Airlines.

Hi Fly Malta also operates two A380s: one undergoing maintenance and another stored. Global Airlines uses Hi Fly's services for operations but currently has no scheduled flights.

The order of these long-haul flights is determined by maximum block or scheduled time. This metric accounts for taxi time at airports and short delays. The data covers July to September only and may change later in the year.

Qantas plans to resume its A380 service between Sydney and Dallas/Fort Worth on August 11. This will be Dallas' sole A380 operation since British Airways paused its service there earlier this year in favor of American Airlines' increased Dallas-Heathrow routes.

Emirates began flying to São Paulo in 2007 with a Boeing 777-200LR before transitioning to the A380 in early 2017. Between July and September, Emirates' EK261 departs Dubai at 09:05 local time and arrives in São Paulo at 17:15 local time after a journey lasting approximately 15 hours and 10 minutes.
