It functions as a formal relief pathway administered by Flying Food Group. Flying Food Group's LinkedIn reported that the Sue Ling Gin FFG Employee Relief Fund is named in honor of the company’s founder, who built Flying Food Group into a philanthropically oriented enterprise. Company communications assert that founder Sue Ling Gin wove charitable giving and employee welfare into the company’s ethos throughout her leadership, and the fund was established to perpetuate that legacy. The fund’s naming underscores its roots in Gin’s demonstrated dedication to employee welfare.
