ForsaTEK 2025 has broadened its scope to enhance innovation across various departments and businesses within the Group. The forum emphasizes scaling successful trials to maximize the potential of promising innovations, particularly focusing on AI, robotics, and IoT in aviation, alongside human factors influencing technology adoption.

The event was inaugurated by His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman and Chief Executive of Emirates Airline and Group. He was joined by Her Excellency Sarah Al Amiri, UAE Minister of Education, along with senior executives from the Emirates Group for a tour of the innovation showcases.

His Highness remarked: “Building on the success of the first two editions, ForsaTEK 2025 underpins the Emirates Group’s continued commitment to anchoring the next wave of innovations within our business, scaling up existing innovations, supporting startups, and creating a powerful testbed of partnerships that introduce fresh solutions and propel our digital future forward."

The forum featured over 40 showcases spanning early-stage research to fully launched initiatives. Highlights included Transguard's autonomous robotics for urban safety; dnata Cargo's drone system for inventory validation; and AI-enabled aircraft turnaround analysis by Emirates Airport Services.

The Trial Zone showcased accessibility initiatives like Glidance’s self-guided mobility aid for visually impaired individuals and JeffCAN's immersive media chair for neurodiverse passengers. Maintenance trials included AI platforms for engine part detection and augmented reality maintenance using Apple Vision Pro.

A pitch zone hosted 13 start-ups presenting ideas to VIPs and investors. The Experience Zone engaged visitors with innovation journeys.

Her Excellency Sarah Al Amiri delivered a keynote on technology's impact on public education. Other speakers included Dr. Mark Esposito discussing technology strategies; Younes Bensouda Mourri on AI and human intelligence; Shekhar Kapur on AI's societal impact; among others.
