Qatar Airways secured the top spot globally, with Singapore Airlines recognized for the best first class and Virgin Atlantic for premium economy. Cathay Pacific was noted for offering the best economy experience.
In North America, Air Canada emerged as the leading airline according to SkyTrax. The airline has consistently won this award multiple times over recent years. It was also acknowledged for having the best business class lounge, staff, and cleanest cabins in the region. "Air Canada's hard and soft products are both excellent," a representative stated.
Delta Air Lines, based in Atlanta, was ranked as North America's second-best airline and the top carrier in the United States. Delta holds accolades for providing the best economy, premium economy, and business class experiences in North America. "Delta is ranked as the world's 22nd best airline," while Air Canada holds 19th place.
