Bilt Rewards is set to introduce three new credit cards next year, based on feedback from its members. The company announced the launch of these cards, developed in partnership with Cardless, as part of its expansion efforts supported by $250 million in new funding. The new offerings will include a no-fee card, a $95-annual-fee card, and a $495-annual-fee card.

Ankur Jain, Bilt's founder, assured that the transition for current Bilt Mastercard holders from Wells Fargo to the new platform would be seamless. "We're going to make it super seamless so you can kind of learn all the details, pick what you want and really seamlessly transition into the new card without having to change any of your behavior," Jain stated during a media call.

Details about rewards structures and other benefits will be disclosed later this year. "Unfortunately, Bilt isn't saying much more about the new cards now," but further information is expected in early fall.

In addition to expanding its credit card portfolio, Bilt is broadening its reach within housing categories. The company has partnered with United Wholesale Mortgage and plans to offer points on mortgage payments through various methods. This strategy mirrors their approach with property managers.

Bilt's partnerships are also extending into student housing through collaboration with Blackstone's American Campus Communities and other entities like Douglas Elliman and Century Living. These initiatives aim to enable homeowners and students alike to earn Bilt Points on relevant fees.

Jain mentioned that improvements are underway for their existing bill-pay solution for rent payments.
