Available from July 14 to 31, 2025, Emirates will offer a special seasonal menu celebrating British summer flavors. This initiative follows the airline's Wimbledon-themed offering.
The menu features a selection of dishes that highlight the versatility and freshness of British strawberries. Passengers across all cabin classes can enjoy iconic desserts like Eton Mess and modern interpretations such as honey cake with strawberry compote and clotted cream. Each dish is crafted by Emirates' culinary team and includes a message from the chef about the creative inspiration behind it.
A key partner in this initiative is Bustanica, the world's largest indoor vertical farm located in Dubai, which offers various strawberry varieties including Monterey. Emirates also collaborates with 'Blush from UK' and Oaklands Fruit Farm, known for its premium-quality strawberries. Oaklands will supply Champion, Favori, and Karima strawberry varieties to Emirates.
