FedEx is supporting businesses in the Asia-Pacific region as they navigate changing trade environments, such as tariff uncertainties and stricter customs inspections. The company has been hosting webinars to help customers adapt to regulatory changes and trade fluctuations. Over 6,500 participants from markets in the Asia-Pacific region registered for these webinars, highlighting a significant demand for such guidance.

With extensive experience in facilitating international trade, FedEx is positioned to quickly identify business trends and shifts in sentiment.

Among the webinar participants, approximately one-third (29%) indicated they do not plan to revise their supply chain strategies. A majority (52%) are considering diversifying their supply chains within the next 12 months to address trade uncertainties. About one-fifth (19%) are already working towards diversification.

Companies identified ongoing tariff uncertainties (41%) and rising costs (29%) as both drivers and major barriers to supply chain diversification.
