Hyatt Regency has opened its first hotel in Manhattan's Theater District, located on Broadway. The Hyatt Regency Times Square, a 795-room hotel, was unveiled following a multimillion-dollar renovation. The property features a two-story lobby and glass atrium with views of the Broadway lights. It also includes a "Mamma Mia!"-themed guest room.
Mohit Malhotra, general manager of the Hyatt Regency Times Square, stated that the hotel's design and location offer comfort and convenience to guests. Each room is equipped with tufted headboards, marble-topped nightstands, large windows, and blackout curtains for restful sleep.
The hotel offers a 969-square-foot penthouse suite with views of Times Square and the Hudson River. This suite can be expanded by combining it with two other rooms. The "Mamma Mia!" room is inspired by the musical's return to Broadway in August.
