Amazon has announced the upcoming graduation of Evelyn Rosales-Santamaria, an employee at its KSBD Air Hub, from its Career Choice program. This initiative covers full tuition and training costs for eligible workers.

The KSBD Air Hub in San Bernardino is the company's largest air facility on the West Coast. The facility plays a crucial role in Amazon’s air operations network, managing a substantial volume of cargo and employing thousands in the area.

According to a study by Ficus Education, 74% of surveyed organizations reported a positive return on investment from employer-sponsored higher education initiatives, such as tuition assistance programs. These initiatives have been associated with improved employee retention, enhanced workforce skills, and increased overall performance in participating businesses. The research indicates that education benefits can offer both direct and indirect advantages for employers across various industries.
