For the ninth consecutive year, Delta Air Lines is bringing back its 12Status SkyMiles loyalty program for Seattle Seahawks fans. The initiative, which started in 2016, rewards Washington-based SkyMiles members with one mile for every passing yard the Seahawks achieve during both home and away games throughout the 2025–2026 NFL season.

This year, Seahawks wide receiver Cooper Kupp will serve as a program ambassador. He will feature in marketing campaigns for both Delta and the Seahawks, as well as on his personal social media channels to promote 12Status. “It’s great to have Delta as part of the Seahawks family for another season,” said Kupp. “As a new member of the team, I am looking forward to racking up miles for our fans and excited to partner with Delta to bring the best in travel and football to the city of Seattle.”

In addition to earning miles based on team performance, members receive other benefits. These include priority boarding in Zone 5 at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport during the football season and a 12% discount on purchases made on the 12th day of each month at official Seahawks Pro Shop locations in Renton and Lumen Field.

Since its launch, 12Status has awarded a total of 1.9 billion miles, enabled members to redeem 653,000 award tickets, and supported travel to 736 unique destinations. Las Vegas has been identified as the top destination among award travelers using this program for four years running.

“In Seattle, Delta customers always win, and this football season is no exception,” said Joan Wang, Managing Director – Pacific Northwest for Delta Air Lines. “As we celebrate Delta’s Centennial Year, Delta is more committed than ever to the Seattle market. With expanded routes to more destinations across the globe and a brand-new Delta One lounge and Sky Club at SEA, Delta is delivering more of what Seattle travelers love — whether they're cheering from the stands or jetting off to their next adventure.”

Delta remains Seattle’s largest global carrier by offering flights to over 60 destinations across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. In summer 2026, new nonstop flights from Seattle will begin service to Barcelona and Rome.

The airline also provides direct flights from Seattle so fans can attend away games in cities such as Phoenix, Washington DC, Los Angeles, Nashville, Atlanta and San Francisco.

Beyond its partnership with the Seahawks, Delta serves as Official Airline for Seattle Sounders FC and supports local community organizations through engagement programs and leadership commitments.

Membership in SkyMiles is required—and free—for those wishing to enroll in or renew their participation in 12Status. The program is open exclusively to Washington state residents aged 18 or older who register before September 7.
