Amazon's KSBD Air Hub in San Bernardino, California has announced the recipients of its July High Flyer award, recognizing employees who exemplify the company's Leadership Principles. The announcement was made on Instagram.

According to Amazon, its Leadership Principles consist of 16 core values that guide behavior and decision-making throughout the company. These principles, including "Earn Trust," "Think Big," and "Deliver Results," are integral to hiring practices, performance reviews, and recognition programs. They set the standard for employee conduct and leadership at all levels within the organization.

The company reports that it has invested over $530 billion in the U.S. economy since 2010 through infrastructure development, job creation, and partnerships with local businesses. This investment includes more than $200 billion allocated to infrastructure and compensation, along with over $150 billion spent on local delivery and service partners. Amazon states that these investments have supported millions of jobs across the United States.
