Etihad Airways has announced a promotion offering up to 40% off flights to six new destinations, along with an additional 10% discount on featured daily deals at The Galleria mall in Abu Dhabi until September 9.

According to the carrier's official X page, Etihad is offering this limited-time promotion as part of its "Beyond Borders" expansion campaign. This initiative aims to raise awareness and drive demand for the newly added routes: Chiang Mai, Krabi, Tunis, Algiers, Cambodia, and Sumatra. The promotion highlights Etihad's efforts to expand its network from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to leisure and cultural destinations across Asia, Africa, and beyond.

Beyond online booking options, Etihad is providing an extra 10% discount on one featured destination each day until September 9. However, this offer is available only at its promotional stand at The Galleria Mall in Abu Dhabi. TravelsDubai notes that this in-person activation serves as a tangible customer touchpoint in a high-traffic location, encouraging immediate bookings while boosting brand presence and walk-in engagement.

This promotional activity aligns with Etihad's broader efforts for the year. These include launching 18 new destinations across four continents and conducting its largest-ever GuestSeat sale, which offers up to 50% off economy fares to new routes. According to Gulf News, these flash sale events and in-mall promotions are part of a coordinated strategy aimed at capitalizing on the airline's expanding global reach.

Established in 2003 and based in Abu Dhabi, Etihad Airways is the national carrier of the UAE. It operates a modern fleet of 107 aircraft serving 120 destinations worldwide. As part of the Etihad Aviation Group, it plays a significant role in global aviation by offering passenger, cargo, and holiday services across six continents.
