Amazon has announced the expansion of its Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) service to support merchants selling on SHEIN, Shopify, and Walmart. This development was detailed on Amazon's website.

According to BusinessWire, MCF allows merchants to manage a single inventory pool across multiple platforms using Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA), helping them simplify operations and scale faster. The expansion adds SHEIN, Shopify, and Walmart to MCF’s existing integrations with eBay, Etsy, Temu, and TikTok Shop. This move broadens the reach of sellers to both retail and social channels. The report highlighted that Amazon aims to provide small and medium-sized businesses with the same logistics infrastructure that powers its own retail operations, ensuring consistent delivery standards across all marketplaces.

As reported by Supply Chain Dive, merchants using Amazon MCF have experienced tangible results, including a 19% reduction in out-of-stock rates and a 12% increase in inventory turnover. The publication emphasized that centralizing logistics through MCF enables sellers to save on operational costs by avoiding duplicate fulfillment setups for each platform. With SHEIN, Shopify, and Walmart orders now eligible, sellers can leverage Amazon’s advanced inventory synchronization and delivery network to expand sales while reducing fulfillment risks.

According to Supply Chain Digital, the new expansion introduces advanced features such as automated order routing, inventory tracking, and delivery performance metrics across sales channels. For SHEIN merchants, Amazon will launch an "MCF for SHEIN" app that integrates directly with the SHEIN Seller Hub, Amazon Seller Central, and Amazon’s Supply Chain Portal. Meanwhile, Walmart merchants can rely on integration partners such as WebBee, Pipe17, and Rithum which automatically synchronize orders with Amazon MCF for rapid fulfillment.

According to Amazon’s official About page, the company was founded in 1994 and is headquartered in Seattle, Washington. It operates globally in e-commerce, cloud computing through AWS (Amazon Web Services), logistics, consumer devices, and digital media. Its logistics network powers both its own retail services and external merchant operations including Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) and Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF). By externalizing its infrastructure, Amazon helps hundreds of thousands of independent businesses deliver reliable, fast, and scalable customer experiences worldwide.
