The building housing the Thompson Rome has historical significance as it once served as the national headquarters for Italy's Communist Party. One of its main attractions will be a rooftop bar on the seventh floor offering panoramic views of Rome. Additional amenities include a signature restaurant and bar and a fitness area.

Accommodation options at the hotel range from standard rooms with king or queen beds to junior suites—some with terraces—and twin bed suites suitable for friends traveling together.

The hotel's address on Via delle Botteghe Oscure places it within walking distance of several landmarks: Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, Piazza di Spagna, Castel Sant'Angelo, and St. Peter's Square in Vatican City.

Standard room rates start at approximately $634 per night. Through Hyatt’s World of Hyatt loyalty program, standard rooms can be booked starting at 35,000 points per night during off-peak periods, increasing to 40,000 points on standard dates and up to 45,000 points during peak travel times.

More information about booking options and details about Hyatt hotel brands can be found online. Additionally, resources are available regarding the best hotels in Rome and tips on traveling to Italy using points and miles.
