Ennismore, the lifestyle division of Accor, is preparing to expand the Delano hotel brand with new locations in Miami, New York City, and London. The move marks a return for Delano to Miami Beach, where it will reopen early next year with 171 rooms and suites, including poolside bungalows and penthouses. The renovated property will feature four restaurants and bars, including a refreshed version of the original Rose Bar.

In New York City, Delano will take over The Dominick hotel in SoHo. Renamed Delano SoHo New York, the property has 390 rooms across 46 floors and features rooftop pools. Details about changes to its food and beverage offerings have not been finalized.

Delano London is scheduled to open in 2026 near Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. This location will offer 67 guest rooms and suites, a restaurant, and a lobby lounge centered around a fireplace. It will also include an international outpost of Miami’s Rose Bar.

These developments follow recent openings for the brand in Dubai and Paris. Last year, Delano’s Las Vegas property was rebranded as W Las Vegas. Despite this change, Ennismore co-CEO Gaurav Bhushan said the brand remains strong: "Delano is entering an incredibly exciting phase of global growth as we continue to grow an icon that continues to define the art of luxury lifestyle," he stated. Bhushan also noted future projects in Istanbul, Puglia, Marrakesh, and Costa Rica.

The new hotels are expected to participate in Accor Live Limitless (ALL), Accor’s loyalty program. Unlike many other programs, ALL allows members to redeem points for discounts on stays rather than free nights; for example, 2,000 points provide a €40 (about $44) discount.
