Lufthansa has introduced its new Allegris onboard travel experience on long-haul routes between Munich, Germany and Tokyo’s Haneda Airport. The first scheduled flight with the Allegris product arrived in Tokyo on October 27, 2025, and returned to Munich the same day as LH715, operated by an Airbus A350-900. All classes on this aircraft feature the new Allegris cabin, including a redesigned First Class section.

Heiko Reitz, Chief Customer Officer at Lufthansa Airlines, said: “We are delighted to bring our premium product Lufthansa Allegris to Japan. With this new cabin product, we are focusing on the individual needs and wishes of our guests. Personalisation and privacy – qualities that are also highly valued by Japanese travellers – are of central importance to us. Never before in the 99-year history of the Lufthansa Group have we invested so heavily in premium products as we are doing today. After all, this is the key to an excellent customer experience.”

The First Class Suite within the Allegris offering includes two private suites and a Suite Plus option on the A350-900 aircraft. Features include adjustable heated or cooled seats nearly one meter wide, ceiling-high walls with lockable doors for privacy, large tables and screens, wireless headphones, personal wardrobes for storage and changing clothes, and customizable lighting. The Suite Plus allows guests traveling together to share a private space.
