With a pop-up restaurant, exhibition space, and collection of exclusive objects, an area spanning over 850m² will be dedicated to Air France at the Palais de Tokyo in Paris from July 27 to August 11, 2024. This initiative offers visitors and sports fans from around the world an opportunity to explore the world of Air France and its unique travel experience during a significant sporting event.

Starting tomorrow, the public is invited to discover Air France at the Palais de Tokyo, a renowned cultural institution located near several Olympic event venues in Paris. Visitors of all ages can access the site free of charge and explore the area dedicated to the airline.

At the center of this space, Air France's pop-up restaurant will open for the occasion. Seating 80 guests, it aims to provide a fine-dining experience similar to that on board. The menu features dishes crafted by triple Michelin-starred French chef Arnaud Lallement, with options including meat, chicken, fish, and vegetarian dishes. Desserts are created by Nina Métayer, recently voted 'World's Best Pastry Chef 2024' in the World's 50 Best Restaurants ranking. A selection of wines, champagne, and various drinks will also be available. Meals will include an appetizer, starter, main course, cheese, and dessert served on tableware designed by Jean-Marie Massaud.

In addition to dining experiences, visitors can explore exhibition areas featuring items such as Rabih Kayrouz's iconic red dress from an Air France brand video and try out the company’s latest Business cabin with enhanced privacy features. There is also a virtual reality experience allowing visitors to explore an Airbus A350 cockpit.

Air France has installed large information screens detailing its sustainable development commitments and efforts toward decarbonization through sustainable aviation fuel use, fleet renewal, eco-piloting practices, and intermodality. Additionally, there will be a competition offering two long-haul Business class tickets as prizes.

A new collection of Air France-branded items will be available exclusively at the Palais de Tokyo starting tomorrow and online from July 29. The collection includes sneakers made from upcycled fabrics originally intended for Airbus A380 seat covers until 2020. These "I used to be an airplane seat" sneakers are available in limited edition sizes from 34 to 46 for €179.

Other collectible items feature Air France’s advertising campaign welcoming national delegates traveling to Paris for this special event. The range includes magnets, mugs, keyrings, baggage tags, posters, t-shirts, and tote bags priced from €5.90.

The exhibition also offers various upcycled items like designer objects; travel accessories; luggage; toys; model aircraft; notebooks; and more—all available either at Palais de Tokyo or online at shopping.airfrance.com.

Air France's pop-up presence at Palais de Tokyo runs daily from July 27 to August 11 with free admission between 10:30 AM and 6 PM. The restaurant operates from 11:30 AM to 3 PM with a single menu priced at €85 per person (including drinks), requiring prior booking.

From August 28 to September 8 next year, Air France will continue showcasing its products at SPOT24 near the Eiffel Tower.
