SmartSky Networks is disputing claims made by Thorne and is seeking significant damages in the process.

Thorne, a company specializing in advanced aviation communication systems, has been accused by SmartSky of making false statements that have allegedly harmed SmartSky's business operations and reputation. According to SmartSky, these claims have resulted in financial losses and damaged relationships with key partners.
