This initiative marks a two-year partnership between Priority Pass and XWELL. Holders of the Sapphire Reserve, Ritz-Carlton Reserve, or J.P. Morgan Reserve credit cards will receive this benefit through their issued Priority Pass.

A traveler shared their experience, stating, "I’ve never stopped at an XpresSpa. I’m sure they’re banking that this deal will change that for a lot of premium customers." They compared it to their visit to the BeRelax Spa at DFW’s D terminal last summer, where they found the premium chair surprisingly impressive despite its $9 upgrade fee.

XpresSpa offers online booking; however, availability for the Zero Gravity chair does not appear on their website for certain locations such as DFW A concourse. It is suspected that like Minute Suites, XpresSpa may restrict advance reservations for Priority Pass members due to discounted rates and preference for full-price bookings. The true availability of these chairs will become clearer once more Priority Pass customers start using them.
