Federal Express Corporation, a leading express transportation company, recently hosted a networking event in Dubai to engage with stakeholders in the UAE's automotive aftermarket sector. The gathering at TAJ Dubai was attended by representatives from over 50 local companies and focused on specialized logistics innovations.

During the event, FedEx showcased its automotive logistics solutions, emphasizing competitive transit times, efficient clearance capabilities, and duty credit facilities. Experts from the company also discussed ways to enhance customer experience within the automotive supply chain. The UAE aims to boost its industrial sector's GDP contribution from US$36 billion (AED 133 billion) to US$82 billion (AED 300 billion) by 2031. This goal is expected to stimulate significant growth in the light vehicle automotive aftermarket across the GCC region, with projected revenues exceeding US$12 billion (AED 44 billion) by 2027.
