"Currently, the wheelchair accessible vehicle is used for First and Business Class customers availing of chauffeur drive services based in Dubai," with plans for broader availability.

Training programs have been implemented for over 29,000 cabin crew and ground staff worldwide since 2022. These programs cover topics such as recognizing autism and assisting passengers with hidden disabilities.
Collaboration with entities like Dubai Airports reflects Emirates' dedication to implementing best practices across all aspects of travel. This aligns with Dubai's D33 agenda aiming to enhance living standards in the city.
