Emirates has launched its first 'Emirates World' Travel Store in Europe, located on Cromwell Road in London's South Kensington. This store is part of a planned global rollout of 40 stores by the airline, which is recognized as the largest international airline worldwide.

The London Travel Store was inaugurated by Adnan Kazim, Emirates’ Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer, alongside His Excellency Mr. Mansoor Abulhoul, UAE Ambassador to the UK. The event was attended by VIP guests, Emirates executives, corporate customers, and industry partners.

Adnan Kazim emphasized the emotional aspect of booking travel: “When customers book a flight or holiday, it’s not just a financial transaction, it’s an emotional one." He highlighted that the store aims to deliver memorable visits through personalized experiences and immersive displays showcasing Emirates' in-flight products. "Emirates’ London Travel Store is a testament to our enduring commitment to the UK," he added.
