Federal Express Corporation (FedEx) has announced the opening of its latest shipping facility in Denpasar, Bali. This new location aims to support local businesses by connecting them with FedEx's global network. Situated in Tuban, the strategic investment is designed to streamline processes and improve delivery times, offering comprehensive services tailored for exporters in Denpasar. Customers can now enjoy faster service with direct shipments from Denpasar to Singapore without needing to route through Jakarta.

The new facility also provides integrated logistics services for goods classified as hazardous level 9. Customers will find it more convenient when shipping various types of hazardous materials, such as solid dry ice and anesthetic substances. Additionally, the facility simplifies the process of handling shipping documents directly managed by the Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office (KPPBC) Ngurah Rai, reducing delays in customs clearance. For Export Goods Notification (PEB), customers can easily send their requests via email without changing order and pickup deadlines for shipments.

"The opening of this new facility enhances our value proposition by providing various conveniences through different tools and solutions for local businesses to remain competitive," said Garrick Thompson, Managing Director FedEx Indonesia. "At the same time, we are excited to continue supporting Indonesia's economic growth through innovative logistics solutions."
