Emirates is restructuring its commercial operations to support global growth, effective from November 1. The airline's commercial teams manage key relationships and revenue targets across 138 destinations in 80 countries.

Nabil Sultan will continue to lead as Executive Vice President of Passenger Sales and Country Management. "Our Commercial Operations teams have a crucial role to play not only at our Dubai hub, but across the expanse of our growing network," said Adnan Kazim, Emirates’ Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer.

The new structure includes Thierry Aucoc becoming Senior Vice President (SVP) Commercial Operations (West), overseeing Europe and the Americas. Adil Al Ghaith will take on the role of SVP Commercial Operations (Centre), focusing on the Gulf, Middle East, and Africa. Essa Sulaiman Ahmad will become SVP Commercial Operations (West Asia & Indian Ocean).
