The Flight Operations team collaborated with Dubai Air Navigation Services to streamline arrival procedures at DXB airport. These changes reduced flight planning distances and set a precedent for other airports worldwide.

Lara Seymour from dnata Travel was acknowledged for her sustainability initiatives which include optimizing bus routes and implementing responsible travel policies.

Efforts were also made to improve travel experiences for People of Determination at Terminal 3 through sunflower lanyards and travel rehearsals for neurodivergent passengers.

Overall, 22 individuals and teams received recognition this year. The Najm programme celebrates employee achievements across various tiers with Chairman’s Awards being the highest level attainable.
