Chase has entered the competitive arena of airport lounges with its "Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club." Access to these lounges requires specific credit cards, which are detailed in this guide.

Currently, Chase operates seven lounges and one terrace, with plans for three additional locations. American Express remains a dominant player in this space with its Global Lounge Collection. Capital One has also joined the fray, opening its first lounge at Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) in 2021 and expanding since then.

The current Chase Sapphire Lounge locations include Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS), Boston Logan International Airport (BOS), Dulles International Airport (IAD), Hong Kong International Airport (HKG), New York John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), New York LaGuardia Airport (LGA), Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX), and San Diego International Airport (SAN). Future sites are planned for Las Vegas Harry Reid International Airport (LAS), Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), and Philadelphia International Airport (PHL).

Chase collaborates with Airport Dimensions to develop these lounges. Most of their facilities operate under "The Club" or "Club Aspire" brands and can be accessed via Priority Pass membership.

Specific details about each lounge's amenities are highlighted, such as the outdoor terrace at Austin-Bergstrom and various features like self-service buffets, bars, wellness rooms, family spaces, and unique decor reflecting local culture at other locations.

Access to Chase Sapphire Lounges is granted to holders of the Chase Sapphire Reserve, J.P. Morgan Reserve, and Ritz-Carlton Rewards Credit Cards. These cardholders enjoy unlimited access once they activate their complimentary Priority Pass membership. They can also bring guests under certain conditions.

Priority Pass members can access a Chase Lounge once per year without a Chase card but must pay for guest access unless otherwise specified.

The growing competition among credit card issuers for airport lounge offerings is evident as more companies enter this market segment.
